This device is very comfortable, having good quality of sound, good battery life. Sound Clarity is good , functions are very easy to configure. Must buy this product.

The package came intact in a secure box. All accessories as mentioned in the product description were in it. It includes a usb cable, manual, earphone with cable and a 6 month Warranty card with instructions on how to register the device online to extend the warranty to 1 year. It is smaller than it looks and takes 2 hours for a full charge. I have profound hearing loss and this is much clearer and louder than any other hearing aid I have used so far. You have to be patient and try the different modes and volume levels and pick the right settings that suit you. Surprisingly it is as good as some of the high priced branded hearing aids. At this price it is a blessing to hearing impaired people like me. I hope we get to see more of these products in the market with better components/features and at competitive prices.

Good product

I purchased the Fastwell F81P Hearing Aid on 28th June 2025. From the very beginning the product did not work at all – no sound output, completely useless. When I tried to contact the company for warranty support, I found that the phone number and email ID given on the box and warranty card are fake/invalid. I even tried the email mentioned on Amazon, but received no reply. This means there is no real customer support. It is a total waste of money and a very disappointing experience. I strongly advise others not to buy this product.

Recently I purchased a Fastwell F81P Rechargeable Pocket Hearing Aid for my father who is 72 years old and suffering from profound hearing loss. Since he is having vision impairments also, he was preferring a pocket hearing aid. Most of the pocket hearing aids available in the market require batteries to operate and the batteries form a recurring cost. After using Fastwell F81P, my father felt it very comfortable to wear and the hearing quality is much improved. Pros: 1. The hearing aid is having very good output under various modes (Low, Medium, High) which can be suitably adjusted for indoor and outdoor environments. 2. The hearing aid unit well designed and well packed and comes with a very handy user guide. 3. The hearing aid can be recharged using a normal USB cable. Along with the package, cable is provided. It can be connected to any mobile charger. 4. No battery replacement needed and hence no recurring costs for batteries. 5. The hearing aid comes with a very good cord which is having sufficient length for a 6 feet tall man. 6. Volume can be adjusted and the output is excellent compared to other pocket hearing aids available in market. 7. I bought it for Rs. 2599 which is very reasonable when the quality of the hearing aid is considered. 8. The hearing aid is light weight and easy to carry. Cons: 1. Along with the pack for both ears, they are providing three audio ear plugs of small, medium, large sizes which can be used for only one ear. The ear plugs needs to be in pairs and not as single piece of each size so that we can use in both ears. 2. There is no mention of warranty on the product guide.

Good and compact. The modes are really useful. Only drawback I see was it should've had a separate charging port instead of combined with earphones. However the clarity is very decent. Background noise reduction if possible to be done at manufacturing .

Voice outstanding, But lot of hissing noise , other sounds, which makes dialogue clarity difficult to understand. If that noise reduced or cleared it is one of the best . After using many hearing aids I feel it is better. It is best for severe and profound hearing loss. I can recommend one of the best , less cost.

Very good product. Most important part is rechargable battery. Earphone cord is thick and with ctype usb connector.
