Just starting my fifth month and I've noticed my hair feels softer and fuller. While I don't have a ton of new hair growth just yet, I am starting to notice my hairline filling in and there is definitely less hair shedding. I like that these are actually multivitamins and because they are so easy to take I've been consistent with taking them. While I was not able to tolerate the taste of the liquid form of this vitamin, I think these taste great and I look forward to taking them daily. I hope with consistent use I will notice more hair growth but for now very pleased.

I struggled SOOO much with my thinning hairline. The rest of my mane is thick and gorgeous but man....I was receding. I've been using this for about 5 months now and even my hairdresser has noticed a difference. Only downside....I have to get my roots done more often because my hair is growing like a weed!! I love these vitamins! I just finished my first bottle and I can HONESTLY say I see a difference in my hair AND skin! I swear my hair feels fuller and I’ve been getting compliments about my skin glowing. The only thing I changed is taking these vitamins! I just subscribed to get them monthly- can’t wait to see results after more than just 1 month! Also- they do smell weird, but the taste isn’t bad- I don’t mind it at all! Okay so these things definitely get the job done. Effectively help you grow hair! Thickens it up. BUT if you have a weak stomach and nose like me….keep looking. The first day I had them in my cabinet my whole kitchen smelt like them which the best I can describe is propane.They taste absolutely awful. I had to cut them up - plug my nose and drink a ton of water to get them down. But then I burped them up for an hour.

This supplement really works! I have taken them consistently for a little over a month and can already see my hair shedding reduced, my receding hairline that was almost bald in some areas, appears to have new baby hair growth that is filling in the thinned areas and my hair seems fuller in general. The taste isn’t bad and does not have a “vitamin” or “supplement” after taste or cause any indigestion. I am very sensitive to vitamins and supplements as they usually cause nausea and GI upset for me and I have not experience those symptoms at all with this product. Give them a try- you will not regret it!!

Easy to use and they're a great price

I grabbed the MaryRuth’s Multivitamin + Hair Growth Gummies hoping for benefits across the board — hair growth, stronger nails, skin support, more energy, and general wellness. I’ve only been taking them for under two weeks, so it’s definitely too early to judge results, but here’s my honest first impression. The texture is okay, but the taste is… rough. The first day wasn’t bad, but every day after that I’ve had to basically force myself to take it, and I end up chasing it with another gummy vitamin right after. On the bright side, they haven’t caused any stomach issues or side effects so far — just the taste makes consistency a struggle. I’m sticking with them for now to see if the benefits make it worth it long-term, but I really wish the flavor was easier to take because that alone will make or break this vitamin for a lot of people. I’ll update once I’ve given them more time to actually work.

This vitamins are amazing, my bold spot is filling up with baby hairs. My hair is growing faster than ever and I feel my hair is also thickening. The taste is not bad at all. First picture was the first day I stated taking the multivitamin and the second picture is 3.5 months after using.
