Product is well made and designed well. I want to keep it but I might have to rig something to prevent the sides and top from bending inward. The problem is from the way It was packaged - folded down the middle lengthwise and pressed into a narrow box. The bottom of the carrier is fine because it has a flat firm fold down bottom. The zipper ends are kinked and bent before and after they are zipped together causing the upper half to bend inwards the carrier does not hold the correct shape. If the bends and kinks don’t open and straighten out I might have to return it.

I was in a hurry when I bought this pet carrier. I am not a big fan of black color, and it is pitch black, of course.. However, my cats would not care... It arrived very quickly and was folded. I keep it fully zipped and still wait for the top sides of the carrier to acquire the proper shape. The mesh is plastic, so it would be very difficult to rip it with pets claws. The carrier looks sturdy, the walls do not fold on themselves. My 9 lb cat feels very comfortable inside, but for my 13 lb male it is a little tight, but still can be used for short trips. Overall, it is decent carrier.

Extremely large & heavy carrier, went with the large according to my puppy's measurements but I definitely would have been better off with the smaller one. Over my shoulder the bag slides almost vertical since there's so much extra room. Also hate the security clip inside to hook to the dog isn't a lobster claw type, it's super small & takes so much pressure to try & open. My baby hates it, after getting out from 1st use he laid in his old bag on the floor & wouldn't come out. Had the zipper on the older bag I already had not broken the same day I received this I would have returned it. It's now put up for emergency use only...

Great quality. Perfect for my cat who is as long as the smaller carrier I originally purchased. (Aprox 17" she would have just fit and been cramped) Ordered this carrier which has ample room in length, width and height. It is spacious without being too big and cumbersome. I would definitely recommend this carrier to anyone w a larger size cat.

Fits our cavapoo puppy just fine, this bag could be folded up put into the luggage if needed. The bag also has some form of support to stay up so it doesn't collapse. Took it out for a car ride and it's much easier to handle than having to deal with an uncooperative puppy. It's also a lot lighter than a full crates. It also comes with a carrying belt so I could free up my hands to carry other luggage or look up directions on the phone.

This item promises many features at an extremely low price. I'd like to expand on that. My therapy cat wants to be carried comfortably to a destination and walk back in his harness/leash. At 17 pounds, he's never found one comfortable and durable...until now. Everything the seller says about this carrier is true!

First things first, my pup loves it...she's never out of it even at home. I love it because its everything I was looking for in a carrier...its light,roomy, well made and of course it looks good. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This carrier is well made, I ude it transfer my "Little Miss" to my friend's house and carry her to our picnic. The mat is soft and the side opening makes it eadier to let her get in.
