Excellent product, I purchased this instead of a prep machine for bottles. It's very easy to use and can change between measurements and temperature. Easy to clean and very slim so it doesn't take up a lot of room

And it doubles up as a conventional kettle! After buying the state of the art Tommee Tippee, I found this the most simplest and quickest way to make a bottle - paired with their Rapid Cool bottles, it’s such a time saver and very convenient to use - so good in fact I purchased two

I bought this when my baby was a couple months old. I only wish I had it from the start. Gives you boiling water instantly, I have also tested the temperature if this and although doesn’t come out at 100 degrees as selected, it is still around 94 degrees which is suitable for formula. Works well with rapid cools but I measure the water straight into the baby’s bottle first before the rapid cools as the measurements are slightly inconsistent at time. My baby is on 150ml. I will always get somewhere between 145ml-160ml. Filters are easy to change and the unit is easy to clean. Filters are also pretty cheap to buy. It is easy to use and great to have. I would recommend to anybody having a baby

Nuby has truly come up with a winner! If you are using a formula for your little one, you will want this. As you know, I don't like products that are good for one thing. This works from bottle to tea cup! It lets you choose the best filtered water for the formula. It remembers the last feed size which is just another time saving feature. It is quiet as well. QUALITY: 5 out of 5 PRO: This is speedy and has so many options. From boiled water to baby bottles, this is great! CONS: You need to wash and change the filter once a month. (they include a total of 3) Keep the directions handy so if there are any errors, you will know what to do. Overall, this is really a great, multipurpose machine. It is thinner so it can fit on a counter easily. It is 11.88 x 5.25 x 12.63 inches so you need a 12" x 5" area. I have totally enjoyed this product. Good job to Nuby to make moms life a little better!

This is basically a glorified water boiler/sterilizer complete with actual carbon filters. I appreciate this because boiling is the normal route we go to sterilize our tap water but having the carbon filtration included is a great bonus for peace of mind. The control panel displays the temperature and also features an auto child lock that activates after maybe a minute of idle time. I actually appreciate this because it prevents my husband from goofing with it when he shouldn’t be. He still hasn’t figured out how to unlock it (press the up and down buttons at the same time for 2 seconds) and I’m not sure I’m ready to tell him. I’m a bit of a control freak when it comes to anything pertaining to my daughter. The thermostat has to be right, the appropriate TOG sleepwear needs to be worn, the fan should be off… etc etc. Dreadful, I know. But I’m dialed in! So what I’m getting at is I love that this machine is super customizable to me and my baby’s needs. Water can be dispensed for any amount between 2-11 ounces and that’s amazing for when we are increasing volume! The machine can switch between displaying Fahrenheit and Celsius to match your preferences as well. In order to reset your memory temp/volume just unplug the machine for a hard reset and you can set it again. My only negative/not “gleaming” feedback about this product is that the temp of the water can be inconsistent at times. For the first uses it was spot on accurate, but during the night bottle the water measured cooler on my home thermometer. Could be a fluke, but it’s happened twice now. Best to just keep another thermometer handy just in case. As always this is your friendly reminder to keep the tank dry if you are going out of town or the device won’t be used for a period of time. Gotta keep things mold free; that is SO important to be mindful of.

This is much more than just a fancy kettle. The Nuby Rapidhot boils water almost instantly, with the option for fully boiled or room temperature. And it remembers your preferences in between uses. I found it holds plenty of water and the water bin is easy to remove and clean. There is also a descaling alarm that goes off approximately every four weeks to remind you to clean the water bin. The Rapidhot does not hold formula powder directly. The powder goes into your drinking container and the Rapidhot only deals with the water. Nuby makes a special RapidCool bottle that cools the formula in 1-2 minutes after dispensing water into it, but it is a separate purchase. Although not necessary, the bottle is definitely helpful to make the whole process even faster. There's a built in safety lock and this machine really is dummy proof. The only downside I can say is it's a little bigger (deeper) than I expected and takes up more counter space than I expected. But it's a great product overall and I definitely recommend it!

This review is for the Nuby Rapidhot Formula Preparation Machine, Black Set up was easy, but keep your directions handy. The filter must be soaked in water for a minute before installing in the machine. My biggest challenge was getting the display to go from metric measurements to Imperial. It's actually easy--you press the up arrow and the water volume buttons at the same time. The water comes out fast and hot. While it is hot, I would not say it reaches 212 degrees Fahrenheit, which is boiling. I tried several ounce measurements and they came out correctly. You can also measure out room temp water through the filter, which is a nice feature. There is a companion water container called the Nuby RapidCool Portable Baby Bottle Maker for mixing formula and getting it to the proper feeding temp, but it's not necessary to have to use this machine. The two together, however, would make a lovely gift for expectant parents.

This is probably the best one of these I have tried! The great: - I love the features! From boiling, to room temp, to custom temp (only a select number of options) there are so many temp variety settings and i love that - it’s really nice that you can set how much you want it to dispense, takes all the guesswork out and makes it a start it and go setting! - it’s really fast! I chose 120 degrees and within 10 seconds it was dispensing hot water! Very impressed with this little device. - it has filters which is so nice for using tap water - it’s fairly compact. I’ve tried two others of these devices and this one is the most compact and has the best features! There is an additional item called the formula shot that you can add on for it to mix the formula for you, which is pretty neat. We don’t have one currently so I haven’t tried it but definitely will consider getting one! I really didn’t have any cons for this one!
