I’m a frequent customer and have purchased several times on Amazon products I can’t find at my local fish store (LFS). However, I’ve noticed that delivery through Amazon often causes issues with the packaging: the container’s seal is fragile and can break with the slightest impact. In addition, the screw-on lid does not fully secure the contents, making it easy for the product to spill. Unfortunately, today I woke up to find 2 liters of NEOPHOS spilled all over my living room floor. It’s frustrating to lose such a high-quality product due to a packaging flaw.
