This is an excellent product that works! Keeps the foot from moving forward, comfortable, easy to wash, good design, adds support, easy to use, a perfect fit.

Comfortable and Effective!
My wife had me order these for her before we took a trip during which she was planning to wear heels for a prolonged time. They seemed to do exactly what she needed. They minimized slipping and provided support to even her more flat heels to create an increasingly comfortable walking experience for her. They fit her heels perfectly.

A little disappointing on the thickness of the pad. I ordered 2 sets and glad I did to double the cushioning I hoped for.

its good but the quality isnt perfect after a few uses I notice that its ripping apart the bottom to not be that sticky anymore.

I put these in all my Amazon heels. It seems no heels I have bought on here are comfortable. These are a life saver for your feet when you buy cheap shoes and cant return but you want to get use out of them. I would buy these again.

Oh my go to.... they are good for trainers I slip a couple of these underneath the inner part of trainer for extra comfort whilst out power walking

Great product, absolutely does the job - it works !! I only have a problem with one foot, what a difference it makes to ensure a comfortable often long walk. Love this product. Excellent quality. Washed them already (top of dishwasher) .. all good ! Value for Money for sure. Highly recommend !

Please be aware that the actual product is not what is shown. Yes, they are sticky-backed gel inserts for the ball of foot. Yes they are textured for grip. However they are one uniformly flat piece vs what is shown in the product photo that includes a ridge between the ball of foot and toes etc. I was able to easily stick them to the insides of my heels and they are low profile enough to have minimal crowding. They were very sticky but I do not see them being repositionable without losing some grip/stickiness.
