My male cat is losing weight!

My dog initially would eat this drizzled on his food, but after a few days, he started hating the flavor and didn't want to eat his food if it was on top, so and I had to squirt it into his mouth. It's also not a great eyedropper, so it's hard to get a full 1 ml in the dropper.
