I rated the book highly solely because of his sound and interesting advice but Mr. Fisher’s prose is dense, his paragraphs of Teutonic proportions, with far too much use of the relative pronoun — especially ‘which’, where ‘that’ would be correct — and the verb ‘to be’. It would surprise me if to-day’s txtmsg-standard readers could manage it without losing the will to live!
