This product does not hang evenly on the wall. There's a power box on the bottom right corner that makes it hang crooked on the wall. The sign came with a paper that had a 100% satisfaction guarantee and contact info, so I tried contacting them, but refused to help and said they usually just tell people to detach the chain from the object and nail it to the wall instead. It seems unprofessional to consistently make a flawed product and expect customers to modify it for it to hang properly. just fix it! It should hang properly when it arrives.Aside from the hanging issues, the neon itself works great, it's beautiful. The only issue is that it doesn't hang on the wall properly, which seems like a major design flaw.

The quality of the glass neon tube and the colors it produces are outstanding. The sign was incredibly well packaged to survive the journey from China to the US intact. My only disappointment with the sign is its acrylic mounting mounting plate. The mounting chain is an eyesore. The clear acrylic itself came scratched and scuffed out of the box. In addition, the power supply is mounted to the front of the acrylic. In my opinion, the sign would be much better if it was mounted on smoked acrylic with the power supply attached to the rear -- with standoffs or the acrylic bent to allow it to sit away from the wall. This would effectively hide the power supply and black wiring from view.
