In combination with several other items, this seems effective in helping my 15+ y/o schnoodle in early stage of renal disease. Being toothless, it's easy for him to chew and seems very nutritious and high quality. He's a very picky boy but he eats this. I have to rotate it out every few days to keep him interested but he seems to enjoy it and his values recently came back almost back to normal. It's also helps significantly in stretching the high cost kibble his vet prescribed that I add. I also give him milk thistle, milk kefir, microgreens, and Standard Process Renafood daily and rotate out with plain boiled chicken. He's doing amazing!

This food is SUCH AN AMAZING ALTERNATIVE to the pet foods at the vet office. It's so underrated. They have you by the b*lls at the clinic because you can't buy any "prescription" diet without the vet wiring a script out and here you can PLUS this food is much more palatable than hills or the other commercially available ones at the vet clinic. My dog won't touch the diets you can buy from the vet or the pet food stores --- any of them but he LOVES this. And I'm a vet tech! Seriously, if your b dog has renal issues and you struggle to get your dog to eat TRY THIS!

I read all the reviews before buying and had a hard time believing what was said. But, when your dog is dying, you try everything. My Yorkie is almost 16, and finicky thy name is Bella. Without this specific food she would not be here. I had 3 other top brand renal failure foods that she would not touch. Then I bought this. She loves it, asks for more, and I leave some for her at night now and it's gone in the morning. She weighs 5 pounds and started with 1 tin of food, offered several times a day. Now, two weeks later, she's eating 2 tins. She had no break in period - with renal failure old food is instantly prohibited. She had no gastric distress - gas, watery stools, diarrhea, or constipation. She eats and then poops a normal stool. Highly recommend this food. Thank you Forza10!!!

Revise: Crazy damaged cans over 40% of the cans are completely flat and even leaking.. really disappointed with my 2nd order considering how expensive this food is for a large breed dog to eat.. 1st order had a few dented cans but nothing concerning. 2nd order almost a total loss. Shipping package was fine, damages came from original packaging warehouse. My 7 month old puppy was diagnosed with Kidney disease, he refused to eat the RX food, he just plain didn't like it, after 3 day hunger strike, we tried Forza, and it was an instant win. He's eating without hesitation and even helped him eat small amounts of the RX. He LOVES Forza and it pretty much saved his life, vet didn't expect him to survive the weekend and here we are 3 weeks past and improving more everyday.. back to giving me puppy energy zoomies and all.

My 13 year old Havanese loved this food. However, I attempted to order more and received Forza 10 Cat food instead of dog food. I had to return the incorrect item three times. Unfortunately I will not attempt to order this product again

My sweet little dog had kidney problems. This help her live until 17 yrs. She loved it. She refused to eat what the doctor prescribed. So this was a wonderful fine. Not a popular food and not easy to find. I believe it is from Norway, but sure glad I found it. The Vet was not unhappy with her progress on this food. He was not aware of the food, but he said it seem to be keeping her from getting worst. I was happy with it.

Here is my initial review- I’ll update if anything changes. My dog has kidney failure and for the past week I thought she was dying. She wasn’t eating anything. I tried to feed her all kinds of different food. She was barely touching any of the homemade food I was making, and she would not eat the science diet prescription. One you get from the vet. I’ve been scrambling to try to get her to eat something with no luck. I found this and thought I would give it a try based upon the reviews. It couldn’t come in fast enough because I was so desperate. As soon as it came in, I took out a can and play some in my palm and she ate ferociously! I couldn’t believe it! She kept eating it and eating it. I was almost in tears because it’s been so hard watching her go without eating and trying so many different meals, hoping that she would eat something. I’ll update if anything changes but I’m so hopeful right now because I’ve never seen her eat this much in the past week.

My senior dog was diagnosed with kidney disease almost 3 years ago. She has been on the Science Diet CKD food since. She likes it sometimes and I do think it has helped extend her life. Now she is more picky and I have to find new ways to get her to eat. I have tried making her food, adding safe toppers or sodium free broth, it is hit or miss. Recently, she stopped eating. Could only get her to eat human baby chicken puree. Not the healthiest option, but she needs to eat. She ate the Forza Kidney Care right away. Licked the plate clean at lunch and dinner time. Knowing that this food is kidney safe and she loves it is huge! Kidney disease is awful to go through. I am so happy I found this! My dog is always expecting a meat treat after dinner then he will go to sleep. But the vet said not to give any due to his kidney failure. I decided to order and baked it and he LOVE IT! This smells different from prescription diet canned food. I hope it helps lower his kidney values. I was trying to sift through the food to look for bones as seen in the reviews, but luckily there isn't any. It's expensive though. S$4/packet. I hope seller can lower the price or give some promotion.

My dog recently stopped eating the vet recommended brand so we had a hard time looking for alternatives. So happy that she is excited to eat this. Love the smaller pack as we can just open 1 pack to feed and not have any leftovers. Not sure if it works as we haven’t gone for the check up yet.

Quite a while longer to received the pet food and prices have been increased this time.
