Beautiful models for a great game

Battlelore 2nd edition is a good game, it has great strategic potential but it's simple enough for children to play in a straightforward carefree way. That said, expansions add much needed variety and longevity, and more beautiful miniatures. The price is very high, compared to other stores, where it was out of stock, but even compared to other expansion sets for the same game. Prices are falling to the collectors' side. Other editions' material is easier to find.
