Worth the cost
Love it! I had bought a cheaper one and didn’t feel like I was getting the full effects. Bought this and really enjoying it. Also, like the app that you can download that gives guided meditations to use while on it.

You know who you are if you are the right candidate for this. If you have doubts, walk away. It’s not for you. This is intense. For those of steely dispositions. Yes. You. You know who you are. You will love it! I was straight online buying the number 2 intensity and the cushion. Then the leg wraps…… Masochism? Moi?

I should have ordered the level 2 or 3. I feel it would be more effective. I ordered the level one as so many people said how painful the mat was initially. I soon found out these people are being overly dramatic.

My wife and I are obsessed with our Shakti mat and now use daily. Provides relief from back and neck tension and after consistent use can feel like it is having a more lasting effect. First couple of uses are painful but once you power through, the warm release is totally worth it and has almost a meditative effect.
