Ordered for the praise it’s receiving for energy elevation. After 2 days taking it I fell into a serious funk, super depressed and tired. Kept taking for a few more days and didn’t feel better. Thought maybe it had to do with the saffron so I stopped taking it. Felt like my regular self in a couple days, thankfully. No telling what would have happened if I kept taking it. I was not in a very good place. My warning is this…do not take this unsupervised if you’re on a prescribed antidepressant. It could potentially undo a lot of hard professional and personal work on your road to mental health.
