I'm not sure how but this stuff works well- I don't have pain or tingling but I do have terrible itching at night from neuropathy and this stuff does the trick- it does smell - not too bad though-I think you have to have some menthol to cool the area- one bonus it makes my hands soft too-and is not at all greasy!!! try it hopefully it will work for you too

It works some just really depends on the pain and nerves I crushed my ankle and damage my nerves so every little bit helps is the nerves and pain but doesnt completely get rid of it

This works! I was all set to cancel my order and I missed the cut off. When it came in I put it for return but then my feet started really having painful vibrating sensations in the top and bottom of both feet sorta like an engine is running. I grabbed this cream out of my return stack and put it on both feet then put on my Amazon BARERUN SLIPPERS and instant relief! I don’t usually make comments but this was important to me.
