Day 3 Review
Firstly, my order arrived 7 days after purchase--given supply chain issues (and this is not shipping prime), I was pleased. I want to provide an honest review after 3 days of use. First of all, like most of the purchasers, I was looking for a desk treadmill to complement my exercise regiment. I have a sedentary job, but I do use an elliptical 4 days a week for an hour, ride my bike two days a week for an hour or more. That said I'm still a large person and since the pandemic, I'm just not moving as much as I used to and wanted to incorporate some low-impact walking outside my workouts during the day. In addition, like the other purchasers, I bought this elliptical b/c of the stated weight limit. I researched carefully and was deciding between this and the much more expensive LifeSpan Fitness TR1000. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and think I got good value for my money. This treadmill weighs only 50 lbs--that was a huge selling point. I can roll it out from under my desk when I want to walk without issue--and put it back. It has allowed me to walk between .5-1 MPH without issue and without making too much noise. Even if this only lasts a year (with daily use between 30-90 min a day), it will have been worth it. I took this calculated risk based on the stated horsepower--which aligned to other more expensive treadmills that support heavier people. If you're looking for a treadmill that can handle the weight limit stated in the amazon page description and allow someone who weighs more to walk at their desk, this is a good option--especially if you're not looking for something that is over $1,000 and weighs over 100lbs. Final notes--this treadmill arrived via Fedex, didn't require assembly (beyond plugging in the power cord) and came with the watch battery needed for the remote (CR2032).

Sturdy
This is a nice sturdy item, my only wish was for it to come with some type of handle on it. It really can me challenging to not have something to hold on for support.

Decent Quality - Horrible Instructions - The Remote isn't Good
I like it. I have used it. This has been my experience over the three weeks that I have had it.1. The directions are stupid! They do not help at all. This company needs to hire someone to write some directions on how to use the product, the remote, etc.2. It's noisy when you first get it out of the box. I weigh 205lbs. I walked at a 2.5 pace on my initial voyage. I thought it was WAY TOO LOUD to keep. I was thinking about getting the packaging out of the recycle bin when - as if it new what I thinking - it quieted down.3. There are black shavings from something all over the rails and floor. I have no idea what that is or what it is from. My hope is that it's not part of the rollers or mechanics inside.4. It doesn't weigh much. It's super easy to move around.5. While it's easy to use it's confusing. I just do the manual ON setting and then adjust up. I have no idea how to access the pre-programmable settings but it really doesn't matter as long as I can start it and then set the speed.6. The packaging was over the top. Like so much of the packaging is these days, it's overkill and actually frustrating. I would like to see some of these engineers that design the packaging take it apart on camera. Maybe then they would go..."oh this isn't necessary at all, we could just..."I would say it’s worth the money I paid.

Happy with purchase
I received this at the beginning of December 2023 and have used it quite a lot in the past 2 months. I work from home and needed a way to get more steps in each day. This works great under my desk and definitely has helped increase my daily steps. I store it on its side under my desk when not in use.Overall I am quite happy with my purchase, but the one minor complaint I have is there is no pause button. You either stop and lose your progress for that session or what I do is just go to the slowest setting and get off. Not ideal, but it works.Secondly, I am a large person (>260), so I was looking for a treadmill that held a lot of weight and I am glad I gave this a try. I have had no issues with the belt or functionality of the treadmill and look forward to using it continually.

Customer service WAS GREAT
When I received this product it came with a manufacturing error (which happens sometimes) where it would shut off after like 30 seconds. I reached out and they were more than nice by offering a way to fix it as well as some compensation for the issue. They provided me with detailed instructions and photos. As I am not a handy person this was very helpful.I did the fix that they suggested and it still didn't work. They offered more advice and solutions but because I did have to call someone to help me the first time, I personally wasn't willing to try to fix and again and just wanted a return and or exchange. They understood and were very quick with a response. They ended up giving me a full refund and not requiring me to send it back.Although the product came with an issue and I won't be using the one sent, I believe that they deserve a good rating off of their customer service alone. I think I was just sent a bad batch lol.about the product itself: while it worked... it was quiet, a good size, and aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend.
