Upon reviewing the specifications, I noticed the appliance is designed for 120V, whereas the standard voltage in my region is 230V. This may have caused the malfunction. Exactly what I wanted and hands down the best price!

Works great, even seems to be a little quieter than our older model was. The only negative is that the ice cream tank seems to be a lot thinner than the older model and seems like it could easily bend or puncture. Its been used a handful of times with no issues at all.

It’s great 👍🏾 easy to use . I would highly recommend it, especially if you love ice cream and tired of store bought ice cream. It’s so easy to use.
