Is the pouch larger and larger sizes?

I ordered large and found the pouch more than adequate.

What size is a large?

Does the mesh kind loosen up around your leg throughout the day or do they keep their shape like the polyamide?

The mesh style does a good job of keeping their shape. Additionally, they stay in place pretty well and don't ride up much either.

How snug did these fit, because they are 23% spandex, and my gym compression shorts are only 16% spandex

I dont think they fit snug, depending how you like to wear your underwear. I normally wear mine on the loose side but these feel comfortable. To my understanding compression shorts feel like a girdle but these do not fit like that, unless you buy a small size and you obviously know you wear large.

Feels like wearing nothing at all.

Personally I would say order a size down in these. They are extremely lightweight and you can’t tell you are wearing any underwear at all. The only reason I gave the a 3, the waist band sucks on them. It immediately bent in half as soon as I put them on. Drives me crazy.
