This generator really gets the job done. It last a very long time if you charge it to full. It's portable and very powerful. I would definitely recommend this item and it's affordable. Great quality.

Bought this a few weeks ago, it’s not exactly an item you use every day, but we have now had it running for a day and it worked perfectly. The app is also a huge help as you can see exactly what’s happening and what the current status is. It’s much easier to view and control the unit via the app than directly on its control panel. I’d give this four and a half stars if I could because as good as they product seems to be, the manual is wrong and basically useless and as good as the app is once it’s working, it has problems getting installed. Having said that I was in contact with the manufacturers for a few days through messaging on the Amazon site and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They definitely get the full five stars. (As yet have only used the unit itself, haven’t yet used the solar panel.)Why did you pick this product vs others?:I shortlisted everything I could find on Amazon between around $500 and $900. It had to be battery and not gas powered and have solar. I wasn’t prepared to buy separate solar as I reckoned no-one would take responsibility if there was a compatibility problem - each supplier would blame the other’s product. This model was pretty much in the middle on both price and weight but had a higher capacity than the others on my list.

Received my oupes 1500 watts power station around a week ago and I haven't gotten the chance to fully test it as yet but from what I am seeing, it seems to be functioning well thus far, One thing I about this product it has a rest button, and the ability to monitor the device from my phone that is a plus.... (I have a oupes 600 watts but I purchased that one locally from a dealer.....the first product I got failed and refuses to charge so I was a bit concerned about the second but I am hoping for best with 1500 watts.)

This solar battery works very well and quietly. After a few months of using it, I edited my original review and gave it 5 stars. I owned other brands but this one is worth the price and I am glad I bought it.

Within 5 weeks of using the unit the input connection for solar panels became unreliable. I had to fiddle with it to get the unit to charge and had to check it frequently as it would quit charging until I fiddled with it again. Started dialogue with Oupes. They continue to challenge my assertion of this issue even after providing them with video showing the fiddly and unreliable intake of power. They even tried to tell me that this was because I was not using Oupes solar panels! They offered for me to return the unit at my expense, they would test it, and maybe refund my money. I cannot say anything good about the unit or the company as after nearly a week of email exchanges and I do not have a unit that works.
