Very good taste and helps recovery. I use it after bike rides

I was looking for a better priced alternative to my previous recovery drink and came across this. I’ve used SIS rego before and wasn’t a fan but thought I’d try the Beta fuel line and see how it went. I have been very pleasantly surprised. The powder mixes well - although when pouring into my shaker it does all sit on top - but give it a good shake and it all mixes up. It also tastes very nice. Hard to describe a. taste but the chocolate flavour has a “velvety” texture that is very pleasant. I have found I prefer to use two scoops rather than the recommended three - for me it just felt a bit too thick - but overall I am quite impressed with this recovery powder. It also does not clump at the bottom of the shaker and is very easy to clean up afterwards. One small annoyance I have is with the packaging. The bag narrows quite substantially at the top so when open it doesn’t actually open the full width of the bag. I don’t have big hands but found it awkward to get my hand in the top to scoop the powder out. If you have big hands this might annoy you. But as far as the product itself goes, I am very pleased with it.

Toller Recovery Shake, wie eben die komplette Beta Fuel Reihe, kann ich auch dieses Produkt der Beta Fuel Reihe absolut empfehlen. Laut Angaben soll die 500 Gramm Packung für 5 Portionen reichen (wenn man pro Shake 100 Gramm Pulver nimmt), ich nimm allerdings etwas weniger, dann reicht die Packung natürlich länger. Toller Geschmack und gute Konsistenz, löst sich super auf.
