I bought it because I remember that perfect Moussaka made in such (or similar) pans in Greece
Exactly what I was looking for! I bought it because I remember that perfect Moussaka made in such (or similar) pans in Greece. Be careful and do not cut anything with a knife in the pan since it is Aluminium, a very soft metal. I though I can cut when I am working carefully, but still made a few fine scratches. Better use wooden tools, or if you can't avoid plastic tools are ok too! It is such a nice pan - love it. PS: The Moussaka was absolutely excelent!
