Works great for our little pond. Easy to set up and is very well made. As all solar powered items, doesn’t really work well in cloudy weather, but as long as there is some sun it still works, just not as powerful. Great product, very happy!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It functions well. I would have rated it a 5 if they had included a long riser tube and put a ball joint on the solar panel so it could be stationary but moved with the sunshine. I particularly like the ability to control the pump motor speed. Otherwise it seems well constructed and was consistent with the description and promotional materials. It is working well

Not only is the product excellent, but customer support is even better. After using the product for about a month, my backyard squirrels decided to chew the wire on the solar panel. I was able to fix it with new hire and hot glue, but the best part is the customer support. They offered to send me a brand new solar panel to replace the squirrel damage. That is above and beyond customer service. I thank you and my squirrels thank you. :)

We bought and tested but the water flow was weak and only flow too low, and I return because not working properly, and return right away but the return is back to Amazon and I have to wait 12 days for checking issue and now they said delay and have to wait 10 more days, I don’t know who to calls, number to call and asked for refund? Don’t buying this because can’t get money back, who knows how please help!

More detailed instructions are needed. It took two intelligent adults to figure the assembly out with the limited instructions provided. This kit is for small water features. This kit works and will be fine, just takes patience to figure out what all the various parts are for and where they should go.

Gives a circular spray about 18-20" high. Great for a pond of 15 feet across. Not sure about the negative reviews. It's a solar powered pond fountain - of course it doesn't work in the shade! Just plug the cable into the panel and it goes.

Very easy to assemble. After running for one day decided I needed a battery back-up as I think I need more aeration for the goldfish I'm going to put in the pond. I don't know what the dial is for on the front of the 30W pump. This was probably a return as it was packed very well but not in the original box. There was a 16 foot green shoelace type string in the box., No mention of the pump dial or the string in the directions.

Bought this a year ago and it is still working great.
