A: Didn’t come with chocolate

A: As I answer before it depends on how of things the type of chocolate the brand of chocolate are you making truffles just solid chocolates what's in your troubles there is no exact answer to that question.

**Q: How do you keep chocolates from sticking?  None of mine “easily released” as promised**
A: Once you put the chocolate in the tray. You have to tap the sides to get full coverage turn it over and drop it all out.. scrape the tray clean with a scraper and then set it in the cooler or fridge for about ten to 15 minutes.. pull it out and then let it sit for a few minutes.. tap the tray to loosin them up. You can flop the tray face down and they should just fall out. Make sure you clean the insides with cotton balls real good. It’s kinda like buffing them. Not with a towel..
