My husband has lost significant amount of weight from cancer. The original cuff on his iProven BPM-617 is a hinged cut that pinches his skin when inflating and the velcro is no longer staying secure. Due to his significant weight loss this last year, I needed to find a size small cuff without the hinge. This cuff is an adult sized small cuff that is an easy wrap so no awkward wrapping of a traditional cuff. So much easier to put on and remove - slips on and off your arm. The adapters didn't fit my BP machine so I took the original connector off the old cuff and used it on the new cuff. Works perfectly with a comfortable fit.
