The standard holster for the TT pistol is made of high-quality artificial leather (tarpaulin), produced from 1950 to 1970. Designed to store and carry TT (Tula / Tokarev Pistol) or similar models. Also suitable for pistols VPO-501 (Leader), MP-656K, MP-8. ed on a special shaped belt (up to 55 mm wide.) Kirza is a material based on a multilayer cotton fabric treated with film-forming substances. The surface of the tarpaulin is embossed to imitate the texture of pigskin. According to one of the opinions, it was named after the place of the first production - the Kirovsky . The standard army pistol holster has a pocket for a spare magazine and loops for attaching a cleaning rod. The legendary “Makarovs” (PM) and “Stechkins” (APS) were developed for this cartridge.
