Great Solution for Room Dividers
This ceiling track set is a GREAT way to divide up a large room. It seems more solid than a mounted curtain rod, and it can extend to any length without being interrupted by support brackets. Even with several pieces of track, the rollers can go all the way from one end to the other. We used this set to divide our large walk-out basement into two bedrooms. I love that I can go from complete privacy one minute, back to a wide open, airy room the next minute. This set has a simple but elegant design, and it is well-made. This company makes curtains to go with the track, but you can use pretty much any curtain with grommets. It is very easy to remove and replace the curtain. The track is aluminum, which is rigid, lightweight, and doesn't rust - ideal for this application. The rollers work smoothly in the track. The included wall anchors and screws are reasonably good quality. The set also includes a hacksaw for cutting the track to the right length. Convenient! The instructions are easy to follow; if you've ever mounted something with wall anchors, this should be easy for you. I highly recommend having a second person to help install it, as well as a cordless drill. Each 6-ft piece of track has 5 holes for mounting. We installed it on a drywall ceiling with stippling, and it seems sturdy and strong. We did run into a problem when drilling some of our holes (though this is not the fault of the product). After drilling through the drywall, we would sometimes hit a hard metal plate that we couldn't drill through, and the provided anchors and screws were too long to fit into the hole. For these holes, we used a combination of shorter screws and some glue (Dap StrongStik Instant Grab Adhesive) to attach the track. It is holding up well so far.All in all, I am impressed by the design and quality of this ceiling track set. I highly recommend it. Well done, RoomDividersNow!

Perfect solution for our problem!
We needed to divide the dining room from living room so we could move our bedroom downstairs due to an impending surgery and to make room upstairs for kids. We bought some canvas, grommets, and these tracks and got it done! They tell you how many hooks come with it so we ordered extra for our project, not an issue. The hooks seem sturdy enough for our application, the track is fairly low profile so it looks great.Following their instructions I made sure to use the factory cut ends to meet, you can barely tell its there and the rollers go over the seam without pausing.Depending on the lengths you need it might be required that you drill a hole for a support screw.Since the seams match nicely I didn't cut both pieces, used one full length and a 19" section. Now I have some extra in case we have a use for it later! Some folks take issue with the number of hooks included, the extra hooks are a great value at what they sell them for, I don't want the cheapest roller hooks money can buy as this will hopefully be in service for decades.Great value, easy to install, arrived quick and unharmed.

Mix and match between sizes! Take note about the hole spacing
My curtain provider gave us a really cheap track where it was almost impossible to open and close the drapes. This track seemed perfect but they were out of stock on the large size (3 -6' tracks, 33 hooks) in white. Turns out each track is six feet long so I ordered one medium (2-6' tracks, 22 hooks) and one x-large (4-6' tracks, 40 hooks) and voila! Of course I ended up with 62 hooks instead of 66, but didn't matter because I needed to order extra hooks anyway. I would have deducted a star for the fact that the number of hooks seems to be too few for myself and almost every reviewer, but now that the seller has added the information about how many hooks are on each track, it is easy to know how many you will receive and plan accordingly. The extra hooks actually arrived before the track.I included a picture of the stock track I received compared to this track - clearly this one is better with the rollers. Also, I removed the included metal hook with pliers and used the hooks that were on the drapes. This was tedious but easy. The holes in the track are nicely spaced on 16" centers, but the last hole on each end is only 4" from the end. What this means is that if you put two tracks end to end, you no longer have 16" centers to screw into the ceiling joists. This might not matter since they include drywall anchors, but I never like to use those type of anchors on ceilings where the load is pulling straight down. My solution was to plan my cuts of the track so when I butted them together, the holes maintained 16" spacing. They provide you with a cute little hack saw to cut the track. You may have some difficultly making a square cut with that, but if you are only doing one cut and you disguise it with the end cap, it is probably ok. I used a FEIN MCCS14 Metal Cutting Saw to make clean square cuts - see picture. The end result was great, curtains slide easily and I can strongly recommend these tracks.
