worked great for 3 months. suddenly today, i can't get it to turn on. was not dropped or anything. charging light stays on even after removing cable and i think that it's not turning on because it thinks it's in charging mode. pressed on switch for 20-25 seconds, but doesn't reset. can the seller help here?
