Great postpartum underwear for dry wear or just using tucks/dermoplast.
I’m usually a medium in undergarments, but I wasn’t sure if I should size up like I did during pregnancy. I still ended up going with the S/M size. At first, they felt tight compared to the fit of the Frida mom disposable underwear & the disposable underwear the hospital provided. However, after keeping them on for a bit, they felt very supportive. I like these when I’m going out of the house and want a dry wear or when I’m at home and want to just add tucks pads/dermoplast. I personally would not have room for an ice pack in these - that would feel too tight. These do not require an additional pad. They also do not make my belly/stretch marks as itchy as the Frida disposable underwear do. I’ve found that a combo of a few postpartum underwear products helps for using them when it best suits the situation. I really like these and know I’ll end up using them longer after I’m done with the ice packs and tucks. They do not have a fragrance and the cost is very fair for the amount you get! I really like these material, which provides a soft and less itchy wear.

Comfortable, Reliable, and Discreet!
I recently tried these postpartum underwear, and they’ve been a lifesaver! They provide up to 12 hours of protection, which is perfect for both postpartum bleeding and occasional bladder leaks. The soft, cottony 4-way stretch fabric feels just like regular underwear, so they’re comfortable against sensitive skin. The super absorbent core is amazing—it turns liquid to gel quickly, keeping you dry and confident. I also love that they’re made without parabens, dyes, latex, or fragrances, making them gentle and safe. The sizing is great, fitting curves naturally, and the easy-open bags make them convenient for storage. Overall, these are discreet, reliable, and very comfortable—I highly recommend them for any new mom!

Very tight around thighs
The size is not so accurate. I am probably a size 10 right now in US womens sizing, I should fit into the S-M according to the label. These are soooo tight around my butt and thighs, I have to cut little slits in them to make them more comfortable. If you have a larger butt or thighs, I suggest sizing up. Other than that, these work really well and are much better than the separate ones they give at the hospital, one giant pad and one disposable underwear to hold the pad on. I would suggest these just be aware of the sizing.

So convenient and comfortable for postpartum care
I was skeptical that these would be sufficient for my postpartum recovery, but I actually like them so much better than the mesh underwear they give at the hospital. I even like them better than the Frida disposable underwear. The main selling point for me is that the absorbent pad is already attached to the underwear, which makes taking care of yourself much less cumbersome. And the pad is very absorbent. I’m on day 5 after having given birth, and I’ve experienced no leakage from these whatsoever. I did use an additional pad in them on my first couple days because the discharge is so heavy at that point, but otherwise I haven’t needed anything extra. These do run a little on the small side, so if you’re between sizes I’d definitely size up. Currently I’m wearing a medium/large in my clothing, and I purchased the larger size of these. I was pleasantly surprised that they’re soft and not scratchy like the hospital’s stuff. Would definitely purchase again!

Definitely a must for postpartum!
Definitely would use these with my next kiddo! Super absorbent and comfortable, no leakage and pretty true to size. They even fit postpartum ice packs well, also holding them in place. Very soft and often felt like I was wearing normal underwear. These were SO much easier to deal with than pads, and fit much more comfortably.

Best period panties ever
I was so comfortable using these so much postpartum that it’s now my go to period panty, I won’t use anything else during my period.

Sticks to your booty
The inside sticks to your skin after wearing for a while. Like on your butt & not from all the postpartum things going on down there. Only downfall is that you have to unstick it from your butt.

Comfortable for Postpartum
I hate wearing pads so I was dreading postpartum bleeding. With these, I felt comfortable and dry all day and night. Even when the bleeding slowed down I continued wearing these because I felt secure knowing I wouldn't have any leaks.
