I highly recommend
This gets a 5 star Just skip to the back of your instructions book then just use some common sense. Just use what God gave you and you'll put it together in no time. Good luck.

Excellent All in One Budget Cold Plunge
This is my second inflatable cold plunge and it is far better than the first one I had. The features that really stand out on this one are: - The lid, which has a lip that slides over the sides of the top of the cold plunge. This keeps the debris out and the cold in the plunge. My previous lid just sat on the top of the tub, which let in bugs, leaves and dirt. It also let the cold out. - The liner, which is stitched and sealed well. There are no leaks, which is better than my last one I had which leaked from several of the seams. - Overall build quality. The sides of this tub don't bulge out. The other tub I had the sides bulged out which meant the lid did not fit securely letting in debris. This kit literally comes ready to go. My other setup had to be cobbled together. This one just hooks all together and you are good to go. I have maintained temps in the low 50s (my preference, though it can go lower) through the later part of the southern summer, where ambient temps stay in the 80s and 90s. The chiller is quiet and efficient. The pump is small, but works well to move all of the water. I did install a more robust filter and a UV light to keep the water clean, but that is all I have had to do to keep this system running and clean. I couldn't be happier with this system and the ease of setup and usage. Last thing is price. Prices of cold plunges vary wildly. This system is mid-range in price, but compared to my cobbled together system this all in one box is a much easier process and worth the bit higher cost. If you are looking to get into cold plunging, but don't want to convert a freezer or buy some thousand dollar tub setup, this is a great middle ground that won't break the bank.

Great value and yes, it works outdoors in hot, humid Texas!!!
I'm an avid cold plunger, and since receiving this unit, I've plunged twice a day. I had a membership for a cold plunge and sauna, and having this will significantly cut down on monthly membership fees as well as travel time back and forth. For context, I live in south Texas. It's currently 91 degrees, sunny and the humidity is sitting at 72% which is actually on the low side for this time of year. This unit sits outside on a covered patio and receives about four hours of direct sunlight in the mornings. I'll go through a list of pros andcons with this unit, but bottom line, I like it. Pros: -It is lightweight and easy to inflate/deflate, which makes moving it a breeze. That's important for me because of freezes (we see one at least once a year) and hurricanes. Plus, if I get tired of having it in this spot, I know it's easy to relocate. -The pump that comes with it is genius. It's really high end and built especially for this unit. Don't throw it out!!! You'll want to hang onto it! -The chiller is surprisingly effective for being outdoors in hot and humid September Texas weather. I expected a temperature drop of 1 degree per hour considering the 1/3 HP unit and I saw just over that. It started at 90 degrees and was down to 48 degrees within 36 hours of set up. -The size of the tub is nice. I like it's depth making it easy to submerge quickly. I also like it's length, which is handy for my 6'1", 225 lbs husband. I'm 5'4", and have no problem stepping in and out of the unit. If you're on a slippery surface, have mobility issues or are any shorter than me, you'll want a step stool. -The tub is comfortable. It has a little padding on the bottom and the rigid inflatable interior is seamless, making sitting back comfy. Cons: -The instructions are not great. I put together ALOT of stuff, and this took me a few reviews of the manual as well as the online tutorial available via QR code. My advice...don't tighten the clamps until the end. -Lack of insulation on the water lines and pump. They sweat horribly in the Texas heat and humidity. If you're keeping this indoors, it can cause water drips on your interior. That said, you can easily buy a foam insulation kit at a local hardware store which I intend to do. -No internal temperature gauge. There's a reading on the chiller but not in the tub itself. I've based my measurements on the chiller reading, and have gotten it as low as 48 degrees, but it mostly hovers around 50. I am ordering a floating wifi temperature gauge and will update this review if it's horribly off. I expect some variation in temperature from the unit back to the tub. All in all, I'm happy with this unit and think for the price, it's a good investment. I'm intrigued that it comes with a back up pump, and I'm almost expecting the current one to break down. That has me a little leery, and if that happens, I will definitely come back to update my review.

ICE BATH
This inflatable ice bathtub with the chiller is a game changer for post workout recovery. It cools quickly, stays cold, and the setup is surprisingly easy. The inflatable tub is sturdy and comfortable to sit in, and the chiller works efficiently. The only downside is that the whole setup takes up a fair amount of space, so it’s not ideal for smaller areas. That said, if you have the room, it’s absolutely worth it for the recovery benefits. Love it!

Inflatable ice bath
I got this to do some cardio, and so far it's a pretty good thing. We put this on the deck, for fear of leaks, but there are none. It was pretty easily assembled, and the material feels a nice durable quality. Functions perfect, and has a good capacity,no leakage even when full. Very pleased, definitely a good value,I'm still getting used to the ice bath myself, but seeing my wife's face when she plunges in ,is pretty awesome
