Great System
We are using this system for a contemporary style worship. We replaced a traditional sound board with this unit and it is awesome. The sound quality and features are way beyond what we had with our other basic board. The only down side, so far, is that on the old board we could hit a "solo" button and that would single a person out so we could mix easier...so far the "solo" buttons just make that person louder but do not eliminate the other voices. It may be operator error, but other than this little thing, this board seems to be everything we were wanting and so much more!!! Love it!!!

Less than Zero
This was supposed to be a New unit. Open box showed up missing items and at the end of the day it wouldn’t even power up. Little frustrated but Amazon took care of the problem quickly!!

Built-in wifi is sporadic
I've been using the Mackie Fader program on the DL1608 for years. I upgraded to the DL32S and it's been quite a challenge to get it to work. The app is supposed to run on Android. I have tried several different tablet models and Android versions (6, 6.1, 8.0, 9) and it only partially works on 8.0, but then only the volume controls are accessible. By far this biggest issue with the unit is the wifi. I did get Mackie Fader 5.2 to work on Windows connected to the DL32S wifi, but it would not maintain the connection for more than a few seconds. After several hours of troubleshooting, I finally connected an external router/wifi and not it seems to work fine. It's a fabulous unit with many features, but be warned that the software connection is flaky and you'll likely spend a lot of time finding the right combination of remote device & wifi connection method to make it work for you.

Crap
We bought this mixer for our church and it's a utter nightmare to work with. I've done work on a 120 channel analogue mixer from 1985 and this is way worse. For one thing the software control is crap, pretty much you loose all vertical space and the settings are one of the most confusing I've ever seen. Then there's the fact that you can control it from multiple devices causes tug of war. Will never purchase this personally

I had the Mackie dl806 for a couple of years. Then decided to upgrade to the Mackie dl32s. But be prepared for constant delays and issues with the Master Fader App. Master fader 5.1 has been massively delayed and slow to release. It won't be released until July 2019. Which means no compatibility with PC and Mac. I have a PC and I have an older Ipad I used with my dl806, but guess what, since I won't be able to update this version to IOS 10 I will have to buy a new Ipad that's iOS 10 or above. And compatibility with Windows and Mac isnt until sometime in July. You would also think that you would have a full view with any andriod tablet with OS 6 or later, but NO. A lot of andriod tablets also doesn't give you a full view option, you can only see the faders and nothing else. Very frustrating to think I have to spend money on a new I pad only to be able to use my windows in July. I will go with Soundcraft instead. Here is a quote from Mackie's Master Fader Roadmap: "We recognize that this new app has taken much longer to complete than we anticipated, and we are just as eager as you are to get it completed. We truly appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience the delay has caused you. Our team is tirelessly working to get it done and will continue to do so."
