Faulty product arrived with a printed letter missing. I asked seller for full refund plus postage label to return. They kept trying to bargain offering a percentage of a refund and for me to keep the hoodie. I did not want a defective hoodie I wanted a refund. They told me I would have to pay to return the item. Had to go through Amazon to claim my refund.

This is a cute dupe of a popular hoodie. It does run small, however. I ordered my tween a XXL because she wanted it oversized, and it fits more like an adult L would. Even though it's not as oversized as she wanted it, my preppy tween is very happy with this pink hoodie.
