Great high stim product

The taste of this was really good. The energy level gave me was beyond I was expecting.. my focus helped me with my workouts. Little to none jitters.. Very tasty ingredients!

This pre-workout gives me a nice clean-feeling energy boost in the gym. Not the best pump I have had but not bad. It tastes pretty good though, and I really appreciate that it doesn't have stevia because that stuff makes everything taste bitter to me. My issue is with the Alpha GPC. Seems like every pre-workout these days has some kind of choline supplement. Thankfully they don't go overboard here and its either 200mg or 100mg depending on whether you take 2 or 1 scoops. However, as someone who is sensitive to choline supplements, I can't take this everyday as it builds up and negatively affects my sleep if I do (kind like semi-insomnia and very vivid dreams that wake me up multiple times at night). So, I limit myself to taking this max 2 times a week, so I don't run into any issues. You may not have that problem though, just something to be aware of. Because of that it's not the best value for me personally, but if you don't experience those issues, it's not too bad.

I love using this when I do leg day because it’s give me an extra energy boost do not expect to think this is an magic pill YOU have to put in the WORK in order to see results!

My husband is a long time lifter, he recently tried this pre from EHP Labs, which we have been long time fans of, and it became his favorite. Gives him the best pump, may have to try this when I am cleared from postpartum!

Not terrible but definitely not my favorite pre workout powder mix. Taste was ok, and didn't necessarily feel any additional energy

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve tried plenty of their preworkouts & saw this one because I’ve been searching for a higher caffeine content & higher stim. When I say this is awful, it is AWFUL. I did one scoop like always, and I couldn’t even drink it. It was by far the worst tasting preworkout I’ve ever had. & I can’t even return it or exchange it because I opened it and used it one time. I took one sip & it tasted like vinegar with a hint of blue raspberry. The worst aftertaste you could think of. Straight up acidity. I don’t recommend this at all. If you have to go with EHP Labs, stick with the regular Oxyshred. 40 dollars down the drain with this one. UPDATE: I emailed the company regarding my issue & they were super helpful in giving me a refund! I must’ve had a bad batch or something but I was super disappointed so I’m very happy they worked with me & fixed the issue. I still love their other products & maybe I’ll retry this one again in the future.

Tastes great and definitely helps though a long workout!
