Perfect for finishing 3D prints
I bought this mainly for post processing my 3D prints and it's been exactly what I needed. The 22000 RPM is plenty of power for sanding down layer lines, drilling holes, and cleaning up support marks on PLA and PETG prints. The cordless design is clutch when I'm working on prints. No cord getting in the way or having to hunt for an outlet near my workbench. Battery life has been solid, I can usually finish several prints on a single charge. Size and weight are great for detail work. It's way more comfortable to hold for extended periods compared to my old full size rotary tool. The grip feels good and I have way more control when I'm trying to smooth out fine details without overdoing it. Came with a decent variety of bits which is nice. I've been using the sanding drums mostly for smoothing prints and they work really well. Haven't had any issues with the bits coming loose or wobbling. Speed control is smooth and consistent. I can dial it down for delicate stuff or crank it up when I need to remove material faster. No weird vibrations or loss of power even at lower speeds. Only thing is the battery takes a little while to charge but that's pretty standard. I just throw it on the charger after I'm done and it's ready next time. If you do any kind of finishing work on 3D prints this is 100% worth picking up. Makes the whole post processing workflow way faster and the results look cleaner.

Precise and capable rotary tool- Added to tool bag!
I’m really impressed by this little unit. Just bought it, sort of on a whim of a need. I needed a few precision tools, but never really found a set that worked together. Stumbled on a three piece set of the Hoto Rotary, Drill and Screwdriver with the snapbloq and really loved the design. While the drill and screwdriver looked good (haven’t had a chance to really try them out yet ) I was really desiring a solid mini rotary to handle things like door latches and such. Well they arrived yesterday and today had a simple ask, swap the stair locks. Easy, simple screw. Well, that screw had other plans and absolutely seized itself and sheared the threads off instead. With an absolute arsenal of tools at my disposal from my workvan inventory and the homeowners extensive workshop, just not much that was able to get several threads deep in a 5/8” hole, and surgically remove the left in metal. It’s a powerful, but delicate rotary tool. Too much pressure and it bogs down. A light touch gets the speed ramping and a tiny bit more gives you a little more power. Instead of starting at max free spin speed, it starts modestly and as soon as you touch it to the surface it starts to build some speed. There is also a slide toggle to adjust the max speed. Even the included bit set had the exact one I needed, and while I was dubious that something that tiny could do much, it sure enough did in just a couple minutes. For context I spent much longer attempting to pick it out, and a wire brush on a drill and such to try and free it up. It felt great in hand, easy to work with. The only thing I wished, was that it had a light on the tip like its matching drill and screwdriver does. But, as the collet is about as big as the body, it really wouldn’t fit. I was quite skeptical of this unit, thinking I was gonna be asking a lot out of this style of craft type tool to use professionally, but it definitely made me look good, and get it done quickly. The form factor is great. I like the premium weight and feel. Overall very happy. I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt this one deserved one. 👍

Powerful Little Kit
Surprisingly powerful and easy to use, definitely worth the money. Kit for pieces could do with slots to hold them in place, currently pieces are loose in each compartment. Perfect for hobbyists. Have tested on Resin Prints for post processing and works great.

Nicely designed set.
Great design, and construction feels pretty solid. Magnets in the case are not strong enough to keep it stuck on my metal filing cabinet. Tool itself is a little loud and the slider is not super precise. But having a cordless rotary tool is very useful.

Received an opened/ used item
Actually a nice set and the tool works well for my 3D printed projects but I received an opened/ used set. The plastic wrappings were off and underneath the tool instead of wrapped around the tools. The casing is dirty and scuffed. The polishing paste looks like it’s been used. Expected a new set not an opened/ used one. (Update) 12.18.25 Hoto reached out to me and offered a solution to my issue. I was surprised and glad that they care about both their product and customers. Truly outstanding customer service on their part. Meanwhile, I’ve had a chance to use the tool for my 3D prints for a few days now, and it works well. I bought it mainly to use for my 3D prints, so I’m not sure how well it would stand up to other materials like wood or metal. I like the slider instead of a button to change the speed, and it’s thin enough to hold like a pencil. The case is not as organized as other competitors, but as long as the tool works and is comfortable in my hands, that’s all that matters.

Excelente herramienta. Produce muy pocas vibraciones y por ello es muy fácil trazar líneas con firmeza o pulir detalles

Over priced for the build quality
Poor quality design. The dremel tool has some resistance when sliding in an out of the chamber. There’s no slots to secure/organize all of the bits and accessories, they just sit loosely in each section. The door covers where they are stored don’t have a hinge. It’s more like a creased fold that over time can weaken and snap/break apart. After removing and placing the dremel back into its storage chamber, after the second time, the speed adjustment knob popped off and shot across the floor. Took quite a considerable amount of force to re secure the button back onto the dremel. Even sliding the knob from left to right the speed doesn’t increase until roughly three quarters of the way through. Overall quality and design is a bit lackluster to justify the price point for this kit. Switched over to a similar product by Fanttik for the same cost range and the build qualities between the two are worlds apart.

Nice tool in the hand. It has a nice balance, feels very 'controlled' to work with. Unfortunately, the hand piece I received had something wrong internally - made strange reving sounds and sped up by itself. I contacted Hoto and they were wonderful. Amazon issued a full refund - unfortunately - the return label was issued for Canada Post - which is on strike - so effectually - no return shipping! Hoto made it right and refunded the tool without a return. I was disappointed that my hand piece was defective. I loved how it felt in my hand - the tool boxes were lovely - lots of bits - and for travelling - the packaging to put it away, transport, and get it back out to use - is excellent.....I will order Hoto again.

Overall good tool. Could use a bit more power. Would like to see a cut off attached with wheels.

I do a lot of 3D printing and often after the print is finished I need to do some touching up to prepare the item for painting. This can be very tedious and I wanted a small rotary tool that could help me with sanding, cutting, polishing, and drilling. I saw this mini cordless rotary tool and I had to give it a try. I am very glad I did. The rotary tool arrived very well packaged in a giftable box. It is packaged very much like a high end electronic device would be packaged and was a pleasure to open it up. Inside the package, there are 2 sections. One section includes the rotary tool that is contained inside a protective cylinder. You remove the tool by pressing the top and it springs out. The other section of the box has 2 magnetic containers that are attached with magnets. These containers use the SNAPBLOQ system which is a modular system of magnetic cases that connect to help with organization. You pull the 2 cases apart and then you can open them up to reveal small compartments that hold the 38 different accessories for sanding, polishing, engraving, and drilling, There is also a polishing paste included that you can use to keep your accessories in top condition. Using this tool is very easy. You remove the tool from its protective cylinder then push the tool you want to use into the top of the rotary tool. You can then manually tighten the chuck. There is a single button to turn the tool on and off. There is also a small sliding button that adjusts the speed from 15000 to 20000 rpm. You can get up to 30 minutes on a single charge. You charge with the USB cable. The tool only weighs 97 grams and is very small. The assortment of accessories are perfect for very small and intricate work. It works amazingly for finishing my 3D prints, both filament and resin. I am very happy with this small rotary tool. It has definitely exceeded my expectations and is perfect for any hobbyist. It is easy to use and the included cases for holding the tool and accessories is great and unexpected. The price is very fair and I do recommend this.
