Has a nice smell (kiwi lime). Has a fresh clean fragrance that's light and mild. It feels nice on the hair and good on the scalp. Has clarifying and moisturizing properties and leaves the hair with a nice shine. You get a good amount in the bottle and for the value and amount you get you can't go wrong. Good choice if you're looking for an affordable shampoo that does the job/works well.

I was skeptical but this really does get all the gunk out of hair. The true test was a comb that I had tried to get hair spray, etc out of for some time and nothing worked. I decided to try it before I rinsed it out of some hair extensions. It is the only thing that took the hair products out of that very fine tooth comb I had tried everything on. I rinsed it out of the hair extensions I used it on and it worked fantastic. It left the extensions squeaky clean and shiny and like new. I am so impressed I bought some more bottle to have on hand to use monthly. It is not oily. It snaps closed and works well even upside down, which I did and did nto snap it closed so ofcourse I would warn if you find it easier to keep it from falling over and put it upside down make sure the cap is snapped shut. I highly recommend this when you want to to deep condition any hair to make sure it is really clean of everything. I only wish the bottle came in a larger size but the price was super inexpensive for the size.

The product is good! Clarifying but it’s not the same the fragrance is mild not like before love the old version! The price is higher! And the seller did a good job nothing spilled!

I was dying my hair lighter (every 6 months) a few years ago. My hair is almost as fine as a babies, It couldn't take the harsh chemicals. I stopped dying it, and once a month I used a clarifying shampoo I found in a local store (not this brand it was more expensive). I've also been using 4 different, other kinds of shampoos, as I heard a long time ago, that's it's better for your hair not to get used to one. It took a while for my hair to look good again. It's been a couple of years now I wasn't using clarifying shampoo any more. When I saw this I thought I'd buy it, as my hair hasn't been looking as good lately, and the reviews were so good. I used it for the first time today, it lathered reasonably well, then I noticed it didn't feel good. As I lathered it into my hair, it didn't feel the same, my hair felt really dry like straw, I was very worried. After I rinsed it, I used 'Alberto V05 Moisture Milk Conditioner' which I was also using for the first time. The prices are so good for this shampoo and conditioner. Alberto Vo5 Moisture Milk Conditioner, Strawberries and Cream, 15 Ounce I must say, when I put the conditioner on and massaged it into my scalp, it smelled really delicious! My hair still felt really dry though. I'd never experienced this dryness before after washing it, even with the clarifying shampoo I used years ago. I was nervous about the outcome of this product. As usual, I let my hair dry naturally, I was surprised when my hair began feeling lovely and soft. I just looked in the mirror and couldn't believe my eyes, I thought my dark hair had turned white in places. Yikes! I then realized it wasn't white at all, it was the shine. It looks fabulous, even though I say it myself! I'm really glad I found this clarifying shampoo. I'm going to use it every month, with the conditioner. **UPDATE** Only the first time I used this, my hair went dry while using it. I've used it a lot since and it's been perfectly OK.

This is a fantastic clarifying shampoo for my curly hair! I love the light scent... NOT at all over-powering! I have allergies and usually cannot handle anything scented, but Alberto VO5 Kiwi-Lime hasn't caused me any issues. I have been using it for several months and I haven't experienced any drying out of my scalp as I have in the past with other more expensive shampoos. Leaves my hair feeling clean and with a healthy shine. Found it here for a much better price and now have it as part of one of my subscribed auto ship items.

I don't really know what to say about this product. Its a basic shampoo. I purchased it for my boys they like the smell. It does give them dandruff. For $135 or so in price I can buy in bulk and not have to worry about them running out of shampoo.

Many type 4 hair influencers have recommended using this as a clarifying shampoo. Glad Amazon finally carries it as I am unable to buy it locally. Smells good and removes heavy product build up!

Product is perfect. Let me be very clear. Best clarifying shampoo on the market. Website description is 100% WRONG. I ordered a second time thinking (hoping) it was a mistake. Clearly I was fooled again. Amazon should hold suppliers accountable for misrepresenting products. Finding another source for this product is definitely worth it.

Cleans out the residue really well and has a very pleasing fresh scent, postage costs way too expensive so wont buy again.
