Doable!
For the designers, I would have made the bottom section much easier to assemble. I love the style and how it works for me as a bakers cabinet, but it was hard to put the top section on the bottom section, which I did in one try, but still would have been easier with a more stable bottom section at that point in assembly of the cabinet. It took three afternoons for me to build it, and I am a tiny 78-year-old woman. You can do this!

Good value. Give yourself plenty of time to assemble.
VASAGLE Pantry Cabinet, 71.7-Inch High Freestanding Tall Cupboard Storage Cabinet with a Drawer, 2 Cabinets, 4 Adjustable Shelves, 6 Door Shelves, for Living Room, Kitchen, Ink Black UBBC561B12 Sold by: Amazon.com Supplied by: Other (That's what is says on my order details) I bought two. As others have already said, the box is heavy — 59.4kg/131 lbs — I used a dolly/hand truck to bring them inside. There are a LOT of parts (over 550 parts used during assembly including screws), it takes time to assemble, and spare hardware parts are provided. The packaging is IMPRESSIVE! They use the minimal space required for the box and keep all parts protected with Styrofoam cut to precise dimensions and with Styrofoam film between all boards. In my opinion, the instructions are very clear (primarily drawings with a few worded instructions). I had no trouble following the instructions. Somebody mentioned that you need a variety of tools. No. All you really need is a knife to open the box, a Phillips head and flat head screwdriver. These are tools that all homeowners and apartment dwellers should already have on hand. Heck, I have pocket knives that have all the tools needed to assemble this product. I do recommend a power screwdriver or a drill set to low torque (with the aforementioned screwdriver bits), but it's not really necessary. The holes were almost 100% accurate and when not, the small wood screws provided were up to the job. The larger holes were very accurate. I did need a second person to help me place the top half onto the bottom half. Otherwise, I (a 67 year-old, kind of frail man) did all of the rest of the assembly, lifting, and moving. Speaking of moving, I stuck some velvet protectors to the bottom to aid in moving and to protect the flooring. One of the pantries had uneven knobs on the bottom doors as shown in other reviewers pictures. The second pantry did not have this problem — all knobs are even. So, obviously, YMMV as it did in my case. As to durability, well . . . the major structures are particle board with some sort of (plasticized film?) finish (easily mangled by screws & tools — be careful!) that should help keep the humidity out. The cabinet backs and drawer bottom are somewhat sturdier than cardboard — fairly common even with purchased solid wood furniture. As with any particle board furniture, don't plan on moving it very often — it doesn't do well with disassembly/reassembly. And don't let it get wet. We haven't finished stocking the shelves, but somebody mentioned that they wouldn't be able to hold cans without bowing. I wonder if that reviewer received an inferior version since several reviewers provided pictures that are clearly stocked with cans. I'll edit this review if our results are unsatisfactory. I would certainly prefer a solid wood pantry and even had plans to build one myself, but lumber costs went through the roof in the 2020s and I ran out of time. SHE has spoken and we got a decent deal on these pantries.

Great quality
Loved this so much we bought a second! Stores all of our small appliances. In the other one we put pantry supplies! Super sturdy, the shelves are adjustable, and I’m thrilled with the value for money. We will use for a long time to come.

If you plan on assembling this by yourself, PLEASE READ THIS
Overall I do like this cabinet. I’d really give it 4 1/2 stars. But a bit of a challenge doing it alone. First of all, do yourself a favor and get a power screwdriver. Amazon’s is simple to use, charges easy, lasts long and is around $20-25, depending on the day. It will shave off at least an hour from the assembly. If you follow the directions, it’s just pictures, you’ll be ok. Just lay out the prices exactly how they are in the directions. And have your glasses handy. But when it comes to the part of putting the big top part on the smaller bottom part (page 33) STOP!!! Unless you have eyeballs in your kneecaps and are able to grow another set of arms, there is absolutely no way you can do this SOLO. I nearly wrecked the whole thing, but managed to only do minimal damage, but had to glue the screw pegs (#1’s) in with glue to reinforce them. Let that set overnight and finished the next morning. So as I sat pondering my near blunder, aside of calling for help from someone and disturbing their late Saturday afternoon, I knew I could come up with a solution. And I did. It’s obviously much easier to put the smaller bottom portion on top of the bigger top portion. Now this means everything is now upside down. But again, just a little brain power, and forethought, it worked. You may ask ‘how do you keep the back panel from sliding out??’ Painters tape. Worked beautifully. **I did not add the shelves to the inside of the doors yet here, though. I didn’t want the extra weight to hinder getting it right side up. I added those after it was in its final location in my office.** Then, when it was time to VERY CAREFULLY rotate it right side up, I moved the painters tape to the doors to help secure them. Do NOT just give a mighty heave-ho to rotate it. The two sections are just held together with the posts and pegs. First, holding the current top and supporting the midsection, gently lay it down on the long side very carefully . Then, lift it upright, very carefully, supporting the top and midsection of the cabinet. Now you can finish the assembly according to the directions. I also suggest assembling it very close to where you intend to use it. And use your leg to push it along, pushing with your hand from the midpoint. If you push from the top, there’s a good chance you’ll just push to top part right off the bottom. I know, it sounds like a lot, but…. Overall I do suggest recruiting the help of another set of hand and eyes to help put this together. But if you’re like me and can’t always depend on someone else being there to assist, please read this over and over again along with the directions. I would also suggest saving the wine for AFTER you’re done. I did this sober and it was a challenge. Can’t imagine doing it with a buzz on. There’s a time and a place, and this is not it. All that being said, I think I may actually get another one for the other side of my desk. It is pretty and definitely has a lot of storage space. Plus I don’t have any kids who are going to constantly be in and out of it looking for snacks, it’s just extra storage space in my office. Good luck!!
