PERFECT CAMERA IF ON A BUDGET!!!!!!
I was a little unsure about buying a renewed product and I am SO glad that i took the leap of faith and went for it! Ive been using my camera for a little over a year now and i have next to no complaints! The camera came with battery charger and three batteries and an SD card in it! It runs smoothly and upped my photography game from my t6 rebel. Its no R6 but it does the job just perfect!

Unit was purchased as Amazon Renewed. Unit is not eligible for manufacturer warranty
Love this camera but recently ran into an Err 20 when trying to take pictures. Purchased 3 year warranty through Asurion, started a claim and they sent me to Canon stating that it is covered under Canon's manufacturer warranty. Create a claim with canon, was told to send the camera to Canon's repair center. Did that, got a message back that it is going to cost me $386 because "**Unit was purchased as Amazon Renewed. Unit is not eligible for manufacturer warranty.**". And so, they are sending it back. I then created a new claim with Asurion and finally it went through and now just waiting for Canon to return my broken camera so that I could send it to Asurion for repairs. Aside from this headache, i love the camera. Had a canon prior for many years and gave it away to a student looking to get into photography. still works great and never had issues.

Camera broke - just out of 90 day warranty
I purchased this certified refurbished camera in early March - it would power off intermittenly, but I was able to turn it off and back on to get it to work. 2 weeks out of the 90 day warranty it would not power on any more. I'm a little disappointed in the fact that a certified refurbished camera would break so soon - 6ave advised me to contact Canon for the 1 year manufacturer warranty. Canon said it was not under warranty because this model was not intended for sale in the USA so it would cost me over $400 to fix it. I contacted 6ave again with this information and they refused to allow me to return the camera. I won't buy from this seller any more since their customer service isn't the greatest. I'm trying to get Amazon and the Better Business Bureau to convince 6ave to return the camera for a full refund.

Appears brand new
This camera arrived in a sealed factory box packaged like it was brand new. Not a single west mark anywhere. No dust or debris. Functions great and is perfect for what I need. Battery life is amazing. Averaging a couple hundred shots a day, 3 full days of shooting with half the battery left.
