This is the best rod rack for the money
If you're looking for a new rod rack, pull the trigger on this one! I'm a big game saltwater angler, so having a rack that can hold my large Penn, Avet, and Accurate reels without breaking is essential. This rack can store even my biggest 50w Avet reels without breaking a sweat. Also, the spacing is more spread apart than my old el' cheapo aluminum stand, so I can better fit my large conventional reels. The one downside is the "upper" wooden support can have issues fitting large (100+lb) rail rods and it requires the user to push the rod back 1/4 of an inch. This has left some markets (but no damage) on the foam of some of my beefer setups. That being said, if it really was an issue one could break out a file or dremel and shave back just a tiny bit of the wooden support. This product is so good I've picked up two to hold all my poles!

Good quality
This version I bought is good quality. Note that there are two versions. One is solid wood, the other is laminate pressboard type wood (I guess they call it mdf). I definitely did not want the mdf as this would not stand up to the humidity on the porch where I keep this.

Holds our collection of rods
Product looks as depicted and works well in keeping our rods and reels organized and easily accessible. Assembly was easy but instructions about the lower cross pieces could be better illustrated as the holes are not centered width wise. Would buy again

Easy to assemble!
Bought this for my husband as a space saver for his fishing piles and he loved it. It is the perfect size and was easy to assemble. He has 6 different rods and reels on it. The wood is quality and the finish is very nice. It has helped keep everything organized.

Perfect for our saltwater rods!
This is exactly what I was hoping and expecting it to be. We live in Hawaii so our saltwater rods are a bit bigger and this rack accommodates them perfectly. Super sturdy and love that it's made of real wood. My husband and son put it together and we used wood glue along with the screws for extra sturdiness. No complaints and looks so much nicer than a jumble of rods in the corner

Maybe too nice
Gave to hubby as a gift, and he loved it. Great solid construction. The drawback is that he thinks it's too nice to keep in the garage. Seriously? Fishing poles in the livingroom?! I just hope Rush Creek doesn't make a fish gutting station; I'd like to keep my fireplace mantle open for oh, I don't know, pictures and tasteful figurines. Not tangled reels, stinky bait buckets, and a persistently infinite supply of fish scales. The only solution is to remodel the garage to suit the apparent awesomeness of this fishing rod rack.Looks like I overshot on this one.
