This risotto is as good as any I have had I restaurants. So simple to cook and a great side dish.

This risotto was delicious. I can never get risotto to turn out exactly right but this was perfect. Will definitely buy again.

Very easy to prepare and tasty. Could be the basis of many meals if you add a protein and vegetables. However, it isn't risotto and lacks the characteristic creaminess.
