65 inch 4K smart board, Android 14 OS 8+128GB, interactive whiteboard, digital electronics with open app ecosystem, smart board with display

Our team's collaboration has improved drastically since we installed this smart board. I not to purchase their mobile stand and instead used our original stand. Even so, the installation process was remarkably straightforward. The split-screen function is its best feature—we can have the video call on one side and our notes or spreadsheet on the other. Casting from our laptops is seamless and works every time without lag. nice product.

Seller didn't respond to my messages but after some research I contacted the manufacturer through WhatsApp and they sent me another one. The 1st one stopped working 2 months after purchase.

Would not work. Remote would not work. Even the replacement didn’t work.

Great Smartboard. Very user friendly. We bought the 75" and liked it so much, we went ahead and got a 65" for another classroom. Our teachers love it!

I'm thinkig maybe the one I received was defective. But c'mon. How many issues can 1 unit have? To start, the remote contol did not match the one in the instruction manual.. and only 3 bottons worked on the one sent me which was a full regular sized 20 or so button television remote. Secondly, the pre intalled zoom app could not launch. Message on the screen kept telling me the version I needed, had to be downloaded from the playstore. Guess what?. The unit could not connect to the playstore! Third: neither of the two HDMI inputs worked / as I tried to run a wired connection to the unit since the option to wirelessly telecast had enlarged my media to where part of it was off screen. Wow. I had such hopes for the low price. The unit just didnt work for me and I didnt want to take a chance at getting a replacement, due to too many things being wrong with the current unit. ============ Update, June 6. ============ After returning the unit - I began again researching other smart boards. These smart boards are heavy, and weight along with price factors into my purchasing decision. Researching I found no boards under 60lbs. The closest was 89lbs. The Keinone I ended up atually weighing on a human scale. It actually weighed 54lbs without the wall mount brackets on the back. Considering these things, I gave the company another chance and processed a replacement instead of a refund. The issues that I experinced with the first unit, did not exist with the replacement board. No frozen screen, no issue with the apps, and the HDMI input worked with the cord they provide (..i think its that their gage of wire is thicker than other cords I had around the house that I plugged in the first time, and had issue). The image issue. The projected image to the onto the replacement board fit the screen as shown on my source laptop. Dealing with Keinone's customer service is great!. They are timely and they also follow up to see if any other questions or issues exist. No changes to the remote however. They explained to me that the remote is used also for their various products, where those seemingly extra buttons are applicable for. So for now, this is my only deduction. So where I would re-rate the product up to 5 stars but need to make a 1 star reduction, down to 4 star. I'd like it if they had a dedicated remote specificcally for this model.
