Amazing product and effective for a great night sleep.

This is a very good quality magnesium supplement. There is no taste to them, so they do not leave a funky taste in my mouth after I take them and I find I have a better quality of sleep, too!

I picked this product up because I was looking for an alternative to other over the counter sleeping medications. While this isn’t really considered a sleep aid, it’s a vitamin supplement that is supposed to help with sleep quality, that provides a calming feeling. After a bit of research into what exactly Magnesium Glycinate is, I learned that it’s a combination of Magnesium and Glycine. This combination is supposed to be highly absorbable and easy on your stomach. It’s also supposed to help you calm down, improve sleep, enhance cognitive function, aid with blood sugar control, and be an anti-inflammatory. With all that in mind, I decided I wanted to try it since I struggle with sleep. The bottle says you should take 3 capsules as the dosage before bedtime, which provides 57% of your daily value. With 240 capsules in the bottle, that’s 80 uses, which is a pretty great value. You’ll get about 2 months and some change out of this. After a few days of using it a few hours before bed, I started feeling a lot more calm and was able to get to sleep a little easier. I don’t know if all those supposed benefits are happening for me, and obviously I’m not a doctor, but so far it’s been working for me, and that’s what matters. If it helps with sleep and provides other benefits, that’s just a bonus. So far, I have no complaints about it, and if it keeps working and makes me feel better, I’ll be buying more.

Product is American made in a GMP compliant facility (which should mean it contains what the label says). This is an 80 day supply if you take 3 capsules, which provide 240 mg of magnesium. This is about half to 3/4 of the recommended effective dosages for men and women. Taken near bedtime, it should help relax muscles and aid sleep. Glycinate is a more absorbable magnesium form, making it more effective than other forms. Pricewise, this is an 80 day supply, if you take 240 mg per day, for $20. That is a reasonable price, compared to competitive offerings.

Magnesium glycinate has been very helpful with my ability to sleep/relax at night. I notice that I definitely feel better when I take it versus on days that I don't. Great value for the money.

I’m very happy with this magnesium glycinate supplement. It seems to have good quality control, and is easy to absorb. I like the dosing options and that the capsules are small and very easy to swallow. I’ve found magnesium to be helpful in getting a better nights’ sleep and these capsules are a good value!
