My girlfriend wanted a device for her neck wrinkles. She preferred the round model, but I thought the one with a handle would be much more comfortable to hold. Since comfort is key for regular use, we went with the handled version in the end—and it definitely lived up to our expectations. The grip is secure, and the metal massage head glides smoothly.  At night, she uses the hot mode to help serums absorb and the cold mode to lock in moisture. After a week, her lines have softened and her skin looks better. For mornings, the instant cold mode is perfect for a quick two-minute de-puffing massage—no more forgetting to freeze an ice roller.  She also loves using it to massage her eyes, nose, temples, and jawline. She really likes this multifunctional facial and neck massager, it's definitely her new favorite for daily skincare.My favorite part is the angled edge, which gives a deep massage with light pressure.

This little device packs a punch 👊 !!!!! It has in just a couple days improve my pores where I can barely see them at all. On top of that the price is competitive for such a premium product. All in all the product is a must buy for your skin care routine.

Most if not all gua sha types are good for shaping the face, and this one is no different. In which this is the third one that I've purchased. For I've got one that has 2 rolling metal wheels, I got another one that's made out of wood, and now I have this electronic one. In which this electronic one gives me vibration, colored light, and cold or hot temperature. Temperatures that assist in giving positive effects to the facial skin. But the thing that I like most about it's features is the shape & size of it. Because this allows me to move this electronic gua sha into positions on my face that the others couldn't. So I recommend you buy this if you care about your appearance.

While I like it, I have reservations. Attractive product and nicely packaged. It heats and cools, HOWEVER, it doesn’t get very cool or very warm. Not sure if that is normal or if I have a defective item. I figured out the micro needling only works on wet skin by reading other reviews. It doesn’t have the manufacturer’s name on the item, the way some pictured in reviews have, so it might be a knockoff, which would explain why it doesn’t heat or cool sufficiently. It did not come with a separate face roller that can be put in the freezer/refrigerator. Can’t separate the reviews to see only the ones that match the item I received, which again makes me suspicious. Not sure whether to keep it or exchange it for another and hope the new one heats and cools correctly. ????

I don't usually write reviews, but I love this device!! I got this after trying the Theraface Depuffing Wand, which I loved, but Its pretty expensive so I wanted something more affordable. I use this morning and night and it feels like a facial. I love the hot setting - its so relaxing and it really does feel like it helps my lotions and serums work into my skin. I'm prone to breakouts and I can honestly say that my breakouts have reduced and my skin truly has a glow. I've been getting so many compliments on how my skin looks. The ONLY reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because the cool setting doesn't feel cool enough. I'd give it 4.5 but there isn't an option for that!

Didn't heat enough... And Amazon is holding my refund for 10 days. Total scam so they can collect small amounts if interest.
