I absolutely love Lotus Foods Organic Millet & Brown Rice Ramen. My son was asking for ramen daily, so I searched for a better alternative and found these. They’re organic and made with whole grains, making them much healthier to traditional ramen while still being deliciously satisfying. The texture is great—they cook up perfectly with a nice bite, never mushy. Plus, they’re low in sodium and don’t contain any artificial seasonings, so I can customize them however I like. With certain diet restrictions added to my diet I bought these for something different to try. You do have to let them cook longer than recommended (at least double time) to get the same thickness as other ramen noodles. Millet and brown rice are filling grains and a good snack option.

After seeing on line what ingredients might be in more famous Ramen brands I was glad to find this. It tastes really good, too.
