Having severe chronic neck pain for years. I have tried dozens of promising pillows, only to be constantly disappointed. Until now. Noticed first night, more support on the neck, cooling effect, very nice thickness, kept its shape. Pillow cases are wonderful. Although, neck pain is still a problem, I do not toss and turn all night. Wonderful investment!! Thank you.

I purchased this set for my mother after buying her the blanket last year, which she absolutely loved—and she’s just as happy with this one. She tells everyone in her age group about it because many of them deal with hot flashes, and this product truly helps. The combination of the cooling blanket and pillow is perfect, keeping her body, head, and neck comfortable all night. This set has made a noticeable difference in her sleep, and I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for better comfort and temperature control.

Didn’t keep it long because it was so small and gave no support

I was like many others who have tried this pillow. The sheets and comforter are great, so how could the pillow be that bad? This pillow falls very short of what the sheets, pillowcases and comforter deliver. It isn't very supportive even though I purchased the size High. I'm a side sleeper and found that I needed a second pillow when using this one, which pretty much defeats the purpose. For the price, it is not worth the money.

It is very thin, so I use it on top of another pillow (that’s what I wanted). I did not expect to like this pillow. But I love it. It’s already started to help me sleep. The pillow case it comes with is so soft.

This pillow is amazing and soft, so cool to sleep on but is pretty flat. My husband has to put it on top of another pillow. The sheets and comforter are more awe-inspiring-honestly. Thin, small and lacking in support. Yet it is cooling and so soft.

So far I am impressed, as I am with ALL of the Rest products. I DO wish it was as springy and soft as Latex, but of course it's not latex so I shouldn't be surprised. It is very soft and bouncy and bounces back its shape very quickly. I would say in softness it's in between latex and memory foam. If I find this gives me headaches I will have to return it, as it does "push back" on the head a lot more than latex does. That being said, I love the lowest loft, and that works for me as a side sleeper. I SO appreciate Rest for including TWO pillowcases with the purchase of a single pillow. That's a lovely surprise and I wasn't expecting, but it's a needed and thoughtful inclusion, especially at their price point. If you're looking for a medium in softness and and high support with customizable loft, I would say get this, absolutely. If you are used to latex and hoping this new material will feel like latex, then you will most likely be disappointed. I give 5 stars for design, quality, materials, and extras, and 3.5 for comfort. I will update if that changes. I also wish this was offered in the entire range of colors. Everything I own is in Snow Ivory, and now I have a grey pillow. I don't like that at all, but they don't offer many colors in the pillow. I wish it matched my set. I also think if you are looking for a pillow that CAN be washed with all of the other perks this offers, then this is the pillow for you!
