I suspect Acupressure feature and quality
They have used Doctor Brand, but they don't have expertise to design comfy chappals ergonomically Neither did I find any acupressure feature working while wearing them Also, 7 UK for unisex size, how come these manufacturers are sending comparatively smaller size to 7UK, JUST cost cutting making small size .

Just okay but not great one
It's actually just okay. Not bad not great. Comfort wise okay. It's not very soft. If you prefer soft slippers don't buy this. Durability seems fine as new, not sure after a few months. The bottom layer is quite slippery when wet unexpectedly.
