Q: Is this ghost plush machine washable?

The tag says to hand wash with warm water only. I have had no trouble getting small spots off of it doing only that.

Q: It lots up but what is the voice box for? Does it play a song or talk? If so, how do you work it?

The Lankybot Plush Toy only has a button that you can click and it lights up, sorry for the confusion but this item does not have a voice box.
