Great watch
This is a great option for an affordable smart watch. Lots of functionality easy to use and battery life is amazing. I charged it when I got it and it’s lasted three days without any need for charging and it’s still going. Great watch

short screentime/ugly watch faces
the screen time is set at 5 seconds and does not switch to the longer 10 seconds.. you're just about to make your menu selection and the screen goes blank.. says bluetooth off.. but can't get to settings to che or turn it on.. constant frustration; it also has only a few .(to me) ugly watch faces available; it boasts a huge long lasting battery, but i won't be testing that becuz I'll be destroying it.. smashing with hammer.. return is not permitted

Very good experience with this company.
My order arrived quickly, and it was packaged securely. The product was what I ordered and I am satisfied with all aspects of this order.

Good deal for the money
picked up this smartwatch mostly because it was cheap, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much. But after giving it a try, I’m actually pretty impressed. The standout feature is definitely the battery life — it lasts 4 weeks on a single charge, which is something you don’t see even in much more expensive models. It’s not perfect, of course. The step counter isn’t the most accurate, still it gives you a decent estimate for everyday activity. Phone call notifications are hit or miss too; sometimes they come through, sometimes they don’t. But considering the price, it’s hard to complain. If you’re on a budget and want a smartwatch that covers the basics with amazing battery life, this one is a great deal overall.

Meh...
Pro: The best thing I can say about it is that the battery lasts a couple of weeks per charge. Sleep tracker seems pretty accurate. Cons: The watch companion app is glitchy. Watch won't re-pair after charging without rebooting the watch and phone. The watch face selection is lame. First, just really bad designs, save for maybe 3 or 4 of the 100+ options. The worst part of that is that the watch stores 6 faces, but only one of them can be uploaded from the app library. Not one at a time... one. The app asks you to select which face to overwrite from the on-watch library, but there is only one option, not 6. This means that you are always overwriting your last upload and the other ugly on-board faces are always still there, taking up space. Then there is the activity tracker. First, the library is customizable, which is great, but the tracker itself is nothing more than a stop watch. No heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen saturation, nothing. You might be thinking, "can't you just open the heart rate monitor if you want to track your heart rate?" Sure, but that closes the tracker app and deletes your data. In fact, that is sort of the whole watch. It's a one trick pony. Want to set a timer? No problem. Want to skip a song while your timer runs in the background? Nope. As soon as you leave that screen, the timer resets, just like the activity tracker. Basically, all of the things you want to use it for at the gym or out on a run become useless if you want to do more than one thing, simply because the other features don't continue to run in the background. The meh: As expected, the call feature is pretty blah. The sound quality is poor, as expected, but works in a pinch. The microphone is borderline unusable though. The screen is bright but the "raise to wake" feature is iffy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The weather app updates whenever it feels like it. Rarely accurate. It's really too bad because the watch has so much potential. It's not the hardware, its the software. If they fired the app developer and got someone with common sense to redesign it, this watch could be great.

Nope.
App is buggy, doesn’t sync settings on app with device, such as not receiving notifications from apps it showcases, doesn’t sync or change the watch face and tells me an error, only allows notification deleting, brightness on lowest is still a flashlight to your face at night, didn’t count my steps for a whole day, what it shows for water reminders, music, and weather is really all it shows.
