The plans are great
We took the plans and tweaked them a little and built it out of logs and we are happy

You get what you pay for and, since you don't pay for Sepia drawings don't expect to get them.
I liked the price and the detail. I didn't like the paper it was produced on. The County officials wanted to reject them.

The house plans will not pass for building a project until you pay an engineer to review and make structural changes and then have them stamped with the engineers stamp

Great Value!
I am very impressed and pleased with the "Country Classic" blueprints and materials plan package. It is everything it said it would be...and at a very affordable price. I gave it as a gift to my son who is buying land and loves log cabins. He was delighted with the gift.
