Considering that these are sold as running/sports headphones, the connection is terrible when active. My Garmin watch connects, but as soon as i start running it keeps cutting out. When cycling (on closed cycle course!!) i had my phone in my back pocket, and it cut out everytime i turned my head. Otherwise, its a nice product if you're not active. i will be returning these with no hard feelings, just frustrations.

I bought my first pair of these 4 years ago. They still work flawlessly! The sound quality is honestly pretty fantastic, especially for the price. They stay in my ears well, are comfortable to wear, and the battery life is still amazing after 4 years. I have put them through the wringer, quite literally: my cat has chewed on them, they've gone through the washing machine, and I dropped the case 20 feet or so off my deck onto concrete accidentally, so the hinge came apart. But everything still works, despite my apparent best efforts to the contrary. I've bought several more pairs since: one to keep at work, one for my gym bag, one for my husband (who loves them too), and I've not had a problem with any of them. A single charge lasts through my whole workday. The multiple sizes of silicone tips are helpful as well. I like that they come in different colors, so I can tell each pair apart easily. Honestly the best earbuds I've ever bought, and I've spent a lot more money on other brands. These just keep working, and sound great.

These stay on quite well. They work quite well (instantly pair with my phone when I pull them out of their case). The maximum volume is EXCELLENT, and the range (bass to treble) is very balanced. They sound very 'clean' (decent treble; not a whole lot of bass, just how I like it). They are not good enough to be used as reference headphones, I don't believe, but they make for pleasant listening. Clear and crisp, far beyond what I expected, esp. for their size. Well-worth the price, they will be good on the go. They however sadly do not hold up to corded headphones, but I didn't expect them to. They are at the top of the line for an item like this, especially at this price. Money well-spent! UPDATE: After owning these things for a while, I have to say that this is probably my favorite piece of technology that I've ever used. They are so good.

This is my 2nd time purchasing these headphones. My first pair lasted about 4 years, and I only had to replace them because I dropped them a lot (I'm clumsy, they're actually very snug, and a solid design). They survived most drops, but after some drops on concrete I had a part break. The first 2 times I was able to repair it with super glue. They still functioned great! I think after the last time my repair lifted the piece slightly and one of them had trouble charging unless I was holding it. That's when I decided to replace them. The earpiece is soft and comfortable enough to forget you're wearing them, but also secure enough I would wear them when jogging or biking without fear of them falling off. The sound quality is great, not hollow or tinny, but solid enough you can feel the base. They're not soundproofing or anything, but you can't expect earphones to be. I think they get pretty close though. I would still need to take them out t hear and understand anyone talking to me. My favorite aspect is that the case charges while you use the earphones. It takes maybe an hour to charge the case to full. During that time you can be using the earphones as well. If they start getting low you can even alternate with one headphone charging at a time, so you are never without music. Given the average price for a good pair of headphones on the market, I find these to be extremely reasonable, and I would happily pay this amount every 4 years if that's how long they last. However, I think with better care (Ie: not essentially launching them at the concrete) they will last much much longer. That was the only issues they had in all that time.

I want to give this a "5" bc I have another pair that is a "5", which is why I purchased these. For whatever reason, the left earbud will not pair with the right. It charges, I can hear it say "turning on/turning off", so I know it works. It's so weird bc I have zero issues with my other set which I use heavily for running. This current set I luckily use for work so having only one side in that works isn't terrible; and for the price point, I don't really care. Otherwise the quality of sound is great, they are fast charging, stay put, and take a beating. My other pair I have had for years and use them for workouts to half-marathons and they are still going strong.
