Very nice product.

Product packaging is good but the product inside is not that clean. Could find dust inside and even a small hair once.

Perfect product one suggestion If this made up as powder then it mixes in water very fast

My partner liked edible gums when we visited South East Asia for work. This product is similar to the ones we found when overseas. It expands into soft gooey jelly when left for sometime in water and partner was happy to try in some eastern dishes that she learned overseas. Good product and will buy again.

It soaks up nicely and is easy to add to drinks or food. It does take a while to hydrate and for my first go at using this, I threw it in some bubble tea and it was fine . For my second attempt, I threw it in some soup and it wasn't that bad. I cant speak for the benefits of using it as I havent noticed any change yet, but time will tell. 4/5

Gond Katira works well as a thickening agent in a range of dishes, from stews to curries, and is a good alternative to cornflour. It has no taste of its own and takes a while to swell and rehydrate in water. I found that grinding it into a powder with a spice grinder speeds up the process—it was ready to use in about 30 minutes that way. The jar is quite large and good value, as you only need a small amount each time.

Waste of money. I bought this gond to make laddoos, but it did not fluff or turn crispy even after frying in hot oil. It remained hard and unchanged, so I could not use it.
