Feels very effective, almost uncomfortably strong, while using. But, makes my mouth, teeth and gums feel excellent every time. So, I’m very optimistic.

The dental hygienist strongly suggested that I use this. I am thankful that she did. It has helped with gum health overall. The flavor is lighted also. Less burn.

This is pretty vile. Like gross. It burns too. And if it works I’ll use it every day. I went to the dentist and after years and years of “wow you have great teeth and gums” suddenly at a new dentist he declares I need a $1,300 teeth debriding procedure because I have periodontal disease. Say what? My gums are beautiful, my teeth are pearly white. I asked if there was anything I could do myself and he said no, only the debriding will resolve the issue. I left. WELL I’m gonna swish with this stuff and brush THREE times a day and floss TWICE a day and see another dentist in 6 months…and WE SHALL SEE. I’ll upgrade to 5 stars or adjust lower depending on my results. But if it’s burning (mostly my tongue) I’m hoping that means it’s working.
