Why did you pick this product vs others?: It is not in grains, they have given it in liquid consistency and in bad quality, too expensive not worth, shown picture is different, waste product

Amazing kefir with great taste. The grains were large and active. From my experience, they have always been willing to generously help me out as well whenever I had doubts regarding the fermentation process. Would definitely recommend.
